Senior Photos that Show Off Personality

Karl is one of the most adventures senior boys. A few years earlier, he had worked hard to raise money to buy his own canoe and loves to take it out. I knew the Silverton Reservoir would be the perfect place for senior pictures with his canoe on the lake. It took a few laps around to get the perfect photos but we had lots of good laughs in the process.

Karl also loves to hike so we did a quick hike out to the Upper North Falls at Silver Falls State Park. I love the falls for portraits. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful area, the falls is one of my happy places. While there, Karl found a crawdad in the water. I love the fun, spontaneous photos that happen during senior photos.

I love capturing all the different activities seniors are involved in and Karl's senior session was no exception. He is a strong athlete competing in both cross country and wrestling. He is an Eagle Scout. I love that he brought along his scout uniform. And he loves playing board games with friends. Risk and Axis and Allies are some of the favorites.

We did Karls sessions on two different days. On the second day we headed up to Lake Oswego to the LDS Portland Temple. It's a special place for Karl. After graduation he left for a mission for his church to Argentina for two years.
